There was Jim Thorpe, then Bo Jackson and now there is Thunder Rosa. After after several months of no NWA matches, it was great to see the NWA Women's Champion inside the squared circle. Thunder Rosa has proven to be one of the greatest athlete of our day.
I watched her AEW matches a day later on YouTube and both were great. Even though Thunder Rosa lost her match against AEW Women's Champion, Hikaru Shida, she gave it her all. This is all that really matters to me.
Thunder Rosa has also even ventured into mix martial arts. At the moment her record is 0-1, but the defeat was by a decision. Let it be noted that CM Punk's lost his first mix martial match by a submission. This says a lot about the NWA Women's World Champion. The WWE only wanted her as a referee. Then again it seems they cannot see greatness anymore.
On September 15th, United Wrestling Network:Primetime LIVE will debut. Thunder Rosa and many of the NWA Wrestlers will be back in action again. September is going to be a great month.
