Peppermint Reindeer

One cold night
Peppermint reindeer
Were crafted
In a store
By an old candy maker
And his loving wife

On Christmas
Peppermint reindeer
Appeared on
The doorsteps
Of those who were in great need
Bringing tears and smiles

Unselfish
Labor from one's heart
Always brings
Happiness
To those desolate places
On Christmas morning

I don't know what it is about it, but I love the title and especially the last stanza.
