Harvey Edwards of Stuttgard is a candidate for State Represenative in District 14. Like myself, Mr. Edwards is gathering signatures to run as an Independent because the Constitution Party does not have ballot access in Arkansas.
A 22year veteran of the U.S. Navy, Edwards has applied for government jobs, but was always over looked. Like most positions in government it's who you know, regardless of background and qualifications. In my opinon Edwards is the ideal candidate. He is an experienced public servant, and understands that big government is not the answer.
